These terms describe use of the Prime Home Buyers website, seller inquiry form, and optional property inquiry text messages.

Property inquiries

This website lets Texas property owners contact us about a possible sale. Please provide accurate information and submit only information you are authorized to share. Sending an inquiry does not commit you to sell, create a purchase contract, or guarantee an offer.

Any purchase price, closing date, costs, or other transaction terms must be agreed in a separate written agreement. That agreement governs the transaction. Website descriptions and images are illustrative and do not guarantee a result. Information on this website is general information, not legal, tax, or financial advice.

Optional text messages

If you select the text-message consent checkbox, you agree to receive messages from Prime Home Buyers about your property inquiry and scheduling follow-up conversations at the number you provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is optional and is not a condition of submitting an inquiry, receiving an offer, or entering a transaction.

Tell us if you no longer control the number you supplied. Message delivery depends on network availability; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. This inquiry opt-in does not authorize unrelated promotional campaigns.
